We combine traditional Reiki Usui teachings and attunements with ThetaHealing® work in order to help you identify and clear old beliefs and patterns and to speed and lighten up your journey as much as possible. The focus is both on your self-healing and on building up the ability to work with others in a way that is light, fun, and abundant for everyone involved.
Reiki teaches that time and space are a bit more funky than we often remember. Thus I do not prescribe a certain timing to your Reiki journey. Just get in touch and we can tune into what is right for YOU!
Usui Reiki
Even if you are new to the world of Energy Healing, you may well have heard of Reiki. Reiki started its success-story in Japan 100 years ago when Dr. Mikao Usui combined all his spiritual, energetic, psychological, and practical knowledge and created his ‘Usui soul-energy healing method for the Improvement of Body and Mind’ which we, economically, call Reiki today. Just like Yoga is commonly reduced to the Asana practice, Reiki is known as ‘the hands-on healing thing’. But it is so much more! And it is quickly evolving today. If you are looking for a quick and easy way to connect with yourself in a profound new way and/or want to become a hands-on healer for clients or family, look to further than this quick-to-learn modality.
Reiki 1
In this training, which can be completed in a minimum of three weeks, you will be connected to the Reiki energy. Familiarise yourself with this frequency during your daily (short) Hatsurei-ho meditation practice, set up a routine of self-treatments, and then proceed to working on your first practice clients. In the process, you will learn much about your own energy system, how you perceive energy, and what healing with Reiki feels like to YOU. By the time you receive your certificate, you feel confident to give a professional hands-on Reiki session and to treat yourself with Reiki so you can heal from a place of abundance.

Reiki 1 Certificate
Reiki 2
In this training, which can be completed in a minimum of 5 weeks, your connection with Reiki and your confidence as a healer will grow exponentially. Connect with the three Reiki 2 symbols and, using them, send Reiki to the past, to someone in a different place, and to the future. Resolve a tricky situation with Reiki. Learn about room clearings and how to add extra healing frequencies, such as homeopathic or herbal remedies, to your distance Reiki.
Your energy and energetic impact will receive an extreme boost through the three attunements which can create tangible shifts in your life — not to mention stepping into your power as a distance healer and suddenly being able to send healing to friends and clients across the globe. All this can be somewhat unsettling at first. Receive to-the-point support during this energetic upgrade in our five 1:1 sessions. Learn what you need in order to feel safe and clear while giving a professional Reiki distance sessions. Give four practice treatments to volunteers and receive their feedback — and talk all this through with us. Connect more and more to your unique high-sense-perception through being closely mentored along every step of the way.
Reiki 2 is a huge opening, allowing you to heal specific aspects of your past and, which is highly relevant and significant in our new Corona reality, qualifies you to work with clients from all over the world from your home!

Master Level
Your Reiki 3 training is very much based on your individual needs and your past experience with Reiki. It is the only level without many prescribed elements in the Western Usui Lineage so I invite you to apply for a clarity call so we can both feel into whether we click and what exactly the Reiki Master Level has in store for you. The one element that is a given is your Reiki 3 Master Symbol attunement. As for the rest, I will create an individual offer and session plan for you based on the guidance I receive and we can take it from there. Topics that often come up somewhere along the Reiki 3 transformation journey: boundaries, self-care, abundance, self-worth, surrender.
Reiki 4
Teacher Level
You are ready to become a Reiki Teacher! Congratulations. This is a very exciting step. You will learn so much through the process of communicating and sharing your experience and your knowledge with your students. The amazing thing is that you don’t need to ‘be perfect’ in order to start teaching! I encourage you, if you are a Reiki 3 level practitioner and have even the slightest longing to become a teacher, that you just go for it beyond all fears and doubts. What I can promise you — and this will be one of the elements of my training — if you allow yourself to not only rely on your brain-knowledge but step into receiving the right kind of guidance with each student in each moment, you will never be lost for words and action. Reiki Attunement Only
At Dr. Mikao Usui’s time, there were no Reiki levels as such and he attuned his students on a regular basis and when he felt they were ready. If you want a ‘quick’n easy’ energetic upgrade, you can connect with me for this 30-minute 1:1 attunement session.
Lockdown Offer
